Bruce Lee, a well-respected martial artist, studied many different types of martial arts before creating his own form of martial arts called Jeet Kune Do. This is a book about an acting technique that integrates several other styles of acting, hence it is called The Holistic Acting Technique Handbook. While the Holistic Acting Technique takes a page out of Bruce Lee‘s philosophy, it is not a substitute for other acting techniques nor is it meant to be a cliff notes version of each technique (ahem, sorry no cutting corners). The exercises in each chapter are ed to work your various acting muscles and do not have to be done in chronological order.
