Without proper knowledge, you won‘t be able to effectively reach your renewed self-esteem. Lack of awareness may even cause people to lose self-esteem! A healthy self-esteem is to know that we are lovable, worthy, and capable and of course: capable of facing the challenges in life. This path from low self-esteem, from emotional pain to a healthy self-esteem has been my journey for the past twenty years. Even after writing several previous books I am still aware of the deepest truth that I have yet to share. My goal with these book is to have you understand that your low self-esteem arises as a result of a split between your real self and your created self. My intention is to support you in unraveling the lies and distortions that are running your life.
