A card game that takes place within the tumultuous world of history‘s royal courts, where fortune can be lost as quickly as it is won. Try to keep your head! In this 2-5 player game, you are a powerful noble, defending your royals and trying to behead those of your opponents. Choose your royal family: the Tudors, Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette‘s, the Borgias, Ferdinand II of Aragon‘s, or the Habsburgs. On each turn, all players reveal a Royal Status card to score points for one of their royals. But beware of your ambition - if another noble plays the same royal rank, the highest-scoring one among them loses their head. If the fates are against you, you might encounter the King‘s executioner, the Princess‘s herbalist or the advisor‘s spy. If they smile on you, escape with a royal guard or the jester. In this battle of wits, secure the highest prestige for your court, while trying to sabotage your rivals.
