A Fist of Molten Fire

Plagued by earth-shattering quakes and devastating storms, the lands of the Crown face an apocalyptic doom beyond reckoning. Moonfall appears inevitable and unstoppable. While Nyx and her allies have managed to successfully sink a pair of colossal engines into the planet‘s core-twin forges capable of setting the globe to spinning again and casting the moon back into its proper orbit-to wield such power requires a key, something lost for untold millennia. Yet, others also seek the same power, led an undying figure of bronze, an ancient enemy of inimitable strength, cunning, and malice, whose goal is to wield moonfall as a weapon, with the goal of ending all life on Urth. As immense forces gather to stop Nyx, a great war burns across of the Crown. Through bloodshed and terror, she and her winged brother must find a path to an impossible goal: to reach the poisonous heart of The Fist, the fiery volcanic mountain that looms over the impenetrable Mýr swamps. Against this background, allies at her side and across continents must wage a battle that cannot be won, where friends become enemies, where sacrifices break the strongest wills, where even hope burns down to despair. Along this torturous path, Nyx will discover wonders that defy imagination, horrors that threaten sanity, and the shocking true nature of the key she must find and the burden it represents. For even in victory-to set the world turning again-millions will die, lands will be ravaged, all at her hand. Can she do what is required of her? Will she be the world‘s savior or destroyer?
