The limitless city possesses unique powers which are united into "The New Laws". They overshadow the laws of nature and make a happy and carefree life in the city possible. The Ventosas, a group of people who possess special powers that disrupt the new laws, are being oppressed and persecuted in order to keep the peace created by the new laws alive. But in the industrial district, the poorest of the city and home to most Ventosas, the mood seems to change... Through the deaths of her parents early in life, Aya has been introduced to the corruption of this city. Her goal is to continue her parents‘ life‘s work and help the people. After she crosses paths with the gang Momiji from the industrial district of the city, she finally knows how she can reach that goal: Revenge (Don‘t worry, the upside-down pages are not a mistake.
